Dave sounds like a good name for a magician to me!
The “City Under Siege” trailer scared me when I was in HK!
Yeah, I believe I’ve read up about Fortune Star selling their old HK collection about a week ago or so. Kinda got me wondering what will happen with their video distribution deal with Joy Sales now.
I was the one who re-translated the earlier batch of non-remastered DVD’s. Some of them were good since those were redone from the ground up. Some of them were bad due to the fact that I wasn’t the only guy doing these translations. “Beach of the War Gods” and “Robotrix” are just a couple of ‘em that I re-translated. Sucks that Fortune Star did not allow me to deal with any of their remastered titles. They had a condition on their contract that Joy Sales had to release those exactly the way they expect it. But they can do whatever the hell they want with the non-remastered DVD releases and that includes a complete subtitle overhaul.
